GZL系列干法輥壓式制粒機
原理 Principle
各種干粉物料從設備頂部加入,經(jīng)脫氣、螺旋預壓進(jìn)入兩個(gè)平等軋輥,軋輥相對旋轉,物料被強制送入兩輥之間,軋輥將物料咬入輥隙進(jìn)行壓縮,物料通過(guò)壓縮區后,物料的表面力和 重力使之自然脫出。脫出后的指條狀團塊進(jìn)入碎粒機由旋轉刀排破碎,被破碎的物料進(jìn)入整粒 機通過(guò)滾動(dòng)刀排使顆粒和部分粉狀物料進(jìn)入旋振篩進(jìn)行篩分。合格品通過(guò)輸送機被送入成品倉。粉狀篩下物料通過(guò)輸送機再次被送回原料倉進(jìn)行二次輥壓,擠壓力的大小不一可根據造粒操作的需要由液壓油缸的壓力進(jìn)行調節。
通過(guò)改變輥面開(kāi)槽形式,可得到片狀、條狀、扁球狀物料。
Dry material powder is fed from the top of the equipment,de-air,screw-pre-press,enter into the gap between the two rollers that are rotating in opposite direction.The pressed material falls down because of surface tension and gravity when passes through pressing section.The noddles shaped material then enters into breaking machine, been smashed by rotating knife.The smashed material enters into granulator.and then the particles and is part of powder material enters into sieve by the rolling knife, and then the product is separated.The product up to standard Will be conveyed to product silo by conveyor;the material under the sieve should be feedback and should be pressed again.The pressure might adjust by the hydraulic oil cylinder according the requirements of granulation.
Sheet, bar and other shape of product might be procured by choose the relative shape of the groove on the roller.

概述 Description
GZL系列干法輥壓造粒機是采用干法擠壓工藝技術(shù),對含水量10%的粉狀物進(jìn)行壓縮成片,再經(jīng)過(guò)破碎、整粒、篩分工藝,使片塊狀物料變成符合使用要求的顆粒狀物料。
干法輥壓造粒主要是靠外部加壓方式,使物料強制通過(guò)兩個(gè)反而旋轉的輥輪間隙,壓縮成片。在輥壓過(guò)程中,物料的實(shí)際密度能增大1.5-3倍,從而達到一定的強度要求。
Adopts dry pressing technology to pressure material with moisture content of lower than 10% into sheets and it is processed into required particles through breaking, granules treaming and screening process.
The material is pressed by exterior force, and passes through the gap between the two rollers which are rotating in different directions, and then it pressded into sheets. The mass density of material might increase 1.5-3 times, so to achieve required strength.

主要傳動(dòng)部件均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)合金材料、不銹鋼材料、鈦材、鉻和其他表面合金制作,大大提高了耐磨損、耐腐蝕、耐高溫及耐壓能力,使該機具有較長(cháng)的使用壽命。
The material is forced and to be pressed by mechanical force,without any additional ingredients,so to ensure purity.
The dry material is made into granules directly,no need any further drying process.So it is good for product processing.
The strength of the particles is high,the mass density is increased more apparently compare to other method of granulation,it is especially applicable for to increase the mass density of product.

工藝流程 Technological proccess
原料由加料口通過(guò)螺旋輸送機進(jìn)入斗式提升機,由斗式提升機將原料粉末送入振動(dòng)式原料倉,通過(guò)定量加料機將物料送入變頻式螺旋喂料機,對物料進(jìn)行預壓縮,經(jīng)預壓縮的物料被壓入兩個(gè)相對轉動(dòng)的兩對壓輥中間進(jìn)行壓實(shí),其壓實(shí)力是通過(guò)油缸的推力由壓輥傳遞給物料的,被壓實(shí)的片狀物料自動(dòng)脫槽進(jìn)入破碎機,將其破碎成大小不均的顆粒體,然后進(jìn)入整粒機進(jìn)行修整。被修整的顆粒通過(guò)帶網(wǎng)孔的篩板被擠壓出來(lái)進(jìn)入篩分機,成品顆粒通過(guò)篩分后進(jìn)入斗式提升機被送入成品倉。篩分下來(lái)的粉狀物通過(guò)螺旋輸送機返回原料倉,再次壓實(shí)由此完成一個(gè)封閉式循環(huán)。
The material enters into the hopper lifting machine through spiral conveyor from the feeding port,and then it's delivered to vibration material silo. A metered feeder will feed the material into inverter controlled spiral feeder, and the material is then pre-pressed.The pre-pressed material enters into the gap between the two rollers that arerotating in opposite directions,and then it's firmly pressed.The firmly pressing force is transferred to the material through the pushing force of oil cylinder.The firmly pressed material sheet falls into the breaking machine automatically, and been smashed into granules of different sizes,and then enters the granulator to be trimmed.The trimmed granules is squeezed out into the sieve through mesh board.The final product enters into hopper lifting machine,and then it's conveyed to final product silo. The material sieved out should be fed back to the material silo by spiral conveyor,so to perform the next circulation.
